I'm a year out, any skincare, health, fitness routines you're sticking to or went with ?
Hi all!!
Im a year out from my wedding and I feel like it's a good time to start taking a little better care of myself both inside and out.
I'm wondering if current or passed brides made any changes to their skincare, diet, or just overall health that made them feel and look their best on the big day?
I'm not looking for crazy restrictions, just tips that are mindful and reasonable!
I'm also not trying to fall for super gimmicky products as the budget is super tight at the moment!
I know that skincare, diet and fitness can be very specific to a person, and it's not one size fits all, I'm really just looking for inspiration!
Were there any small changes you made that made a huge impact?
In the end, what really worked for you? Or, what's working for you now?!
What products are u loving that you've thoroughly tested and feel are making the biggest impact?
Or any suggestions on where to even start would be much appreciated...
I'm 28 and 140 pounds 5'2 if that helps at all!
Fitness: I love at home Pilates when I can and am going to try to make it to the gym 2-3 times a week. I don't have a # of pounds I want to lose, I just want to feel and "look" a bit more Toned.
Is it worth buying influencer Pilates packages? Did you buy any fitness packages online that you liked that help you stick to a routine?
Diet: I need some tips on diet, I love snacking and sweets but am trying to make better choices when it comes to indulging, any tips?
For skin, I currently use tret nightly for my skin and simple moisturizer and spf, but my skin seems so lackluster and dull, any product recs for longterm brightness?
Are there any body lotions that made your skin glow/ smooth arm bumps or reduce redness?
Rest/mindfulness: I'm going to try to do more yoga and stretching before bed, not reaching for the phone as much or reading to turn my brain off for a bit, anything else towards night time that helped you?
Thank you in advance, im really looking forward to what people share!
