Need tips for controller aiming on Xbox.

So I normally play on PC, but got the game for Xbox so I could play during down time at work as well. I have been trying and researching, to find some sort of aim settings that'll let me aim halfway decent on this game. I've found a could guides. I've turned acceleration down. But I'm wondering what people are doing for sticky aim and sensitivity. I tend to gravitate towards more precision weapons, so this has been pretty miserable so far. I've tried going back and forth with sensitivity, but it still feels like I'm just fighting with the crosshairs all the time.

Suggestions please?
