Extra Competitive Queue

does this actually do anything anymore? i remember when it first came out i got way better games with way better comms and just more serious and better teammates, maybe it’s because my ranks gone down after taking a big break but jesus. why am i getting ivy’s on my team building fucking melee going 1/10 and saying “sorry i’m just playing for fun”, or in the same game my yamato and haze ran away from a walker which barely had a hp bar while they were down 4 and we had minions right up to it. then saying “don’t be mad” when i call them out for it. (that walker ended up never being taken). the haze got 511 obj dmg that game. like i just don’t believe these people are going into settings and turning on the extra competitive setting, so why am i getting matched with them? like fuck, i’m on a 4 game loss streak not a lot at all i know but i just can’t do anything in any of the 3 games. i had a mina go 1/9 saying it was their first time playing, they got 15k souls in 25 minutes with 4000 hero dmg and 0 obj, matter of fact im looking at that game now, not one person on my team got over 1000obj dmg but me. i had 5000 the next most was 376. like its just so tilting playing these games that are just not winnable with such clueless players when i have the setting on which should have exactly these types of players not in my games. long rant that probably doesn’t even make sense and is just waffling but god im so tilted.

TLDR: DOES EXTRA COMPETITIVE ACTUALLY DO ANYTHING OR IS IT A FAKE SETTING.
