Why is it that air signs show me more care and consideration than other elements?

I typically become fairly close with and relate a lot to earth signs. The relationship happens organically and I feel understood by them but when it comes to people checking up on me, remembering details about me, and offering to do me a favor it’s always air signs (and people who are air dominant). I’m baffled ! Partly because I have felt and seen the uncertainty of not knowing where you stand with air signs - what in my chart explains this ???
