What is the textual difference between the Great Tales and HoME

Hello!

I mainly wanted to know: Do each of the Great Tales of Middle Earth books (Children of Hurin, Beren and Luthien, Fall of Gondolin, Nature of Middle-Earth, and Fall of Numenor) have different text that is not collected in the History of Middle Earth, and Unfinished Tales? I am kind of confused as to how much is shared between books and what is different and would like a rundown if possible.
