Competitive, cheap 9CAT League

Friends quit this year. Hoping to host a 9CAT 12T League using Fantrax for the first time. I used a lot of Josh Lloyd's recommended settings. Hoping for it to be a fun competitive, but cheap league! Buy-in is $10.
