Best songs/licks to practice shredding?

Any personal favorites or recommendations for songs and/or licks that incorporate some scale shred? I can playing plenty of solos but the monotony of learning a single scale and practicing it over and over has my ADHD hindering my progress.

What stuff helped you learn scales and improve technique? Would appreciate any feedback
