Having a LOT of trouble finding a surgeon for a breast lift without implants in the SF bay area

I've been searching for a while but can't find anyone with photos of natural looking results of lifts with no implants. I am a 30D-ish and don't want any more volume, just a lift. Someone on here recommended Dr Rankin and I had a consultation scheduled, but I just looked deeper and he has a ton of shady reviews from his previous location in AZ.
