Should i go back with her? Im stuck mentally

Hello,

I (male 25) was in a relationship for 3 years with a girl from my dancing group which i tough everything was going great! We went on a trip lately and I learned from her best friend (which is one my friend too) that she cheated on me multiple times in the last six months. We went ours ways naturally, but she's not texting or taking any news...I miss her bad, maybe a bit too much, i started to get anxious that she was with someone else and every time i see her at my dancing class (once per week), I have a panic attack. I took a break for 5 weeks but it doesn't get better.

Should i try to see/text her back, should i continue my dancing class? I need advice (I am already seeing a therapist but i need another point of view)
