“What are u doing on your phone” “who are you on the phone with” at 18?

Okey this just happened tonight and lowkey I don’t know if it’s a narcissistic thing but I seen someone post about a similar topic here.

I don’t get why it’s always “what are u doing on your phone “ when your minding your business , I’m a whole 18 year old and my mom came in my room when I was on TikTok mind you I had my beats in but my room was dark but also I have orange leds on but I was literally minding my business’s.

She asked me if I ate and then proceeds to get annoying by asking me “What are you doing on your phone repeatedly.” ???

I don’t get it I’m literally 18 , I’ve been 18 since August? Why does it matter what I’m doing on my phone it always feels like an invasion of privacy when she asks all the time. I’m a whole grown adult at 18??
