Would injecting sooner than my doctor wants me to be harmful to my health?

I'm on 5mg of estradiol valerate a week and 50mg of spironolactone twice a day. I usually inject on fridays, but now I kind of want to move it up to every 5 days, because I believe I might have low estrogen levels. I've been experiencing some pretty harsh side effects. Mainly just one which is hotflashes. I've only experienced a few, but I know I don't like being hot.

I'm just wondering would it hurt me to move up my injections to every 5 days? Like would there be an increased chance with blood clotting? I still want to go to my doctor, but I don't want to be dropped as a patient because I'm not listening to their suggestions. Would it hurt me to just go back to injection every friday a week or 2 before the doctors visit? How high can my estrogen levels get before being dangerous?

This estrogen level simulator says that the peak level of my estrogen is going to be around 450pg/mL. Is that too high? Would it harm me? I mean that's just the peak. It goes down gradually over a few days. I know the simulator isn't accurate and is kind of just a reference point. I'm just asking what level of estrogen would be safe to be at?

I just got test last week 4 days after my injection, so tuesday, and it said it was 154pg/mL. Some people have told me this seems low. I thought it was okay. I'm seeing some decent feminzation from it. I really only started seeing feminization after I got on spiro though. For the first month I was on finasteride because I'm losing my hair (still losing it), but once I got on spiro a month in my breasts started to bud and now I'm got slightly big mounds.
