Do we know if Race/Faction change tokens will be available once TBC drops?

Title. I'm new to wow (less than 2 years) and always played blood elf/void elf on retail and I'd like to switch from Human to Belf once TBC releases and stick to it 'til the end of times. But I fear these tokens would only remain on MoP Classic and not Ann Classic
