Nukumizu speech

Can someone please tell me what actually happened in volume 8. Mainly the speech nukumizu was meant to give in behalf of tiara. I have read the FMTL of volume 8, but couldnot understand the speech part like did other students listen to nukumizu speech or did yanami listened to nukumizu speech and also did shikiya also face speech for tiara in place of nukumizu? I don't know what happened I mean I have read the volume but my dumb ass couldnot comperhend it so please explain me the speech part
