NIST VS ISB Thailand salaries?

Hi everyone,

I see that NIST and ISB have a huge salary gap, but it seems as if they are always compared similarly by almost any other metric.

NIST top teaching salary at 68,000 USD, and ISB at 107,000USD (Info taken from Schrole)

Is this true? Or is one likely all inclusive of housing and one is not?

So strange.
