Heartburn or lung collapse?

Hello, I’m a relatively healthy male but I vaped regularly for about 4 years with now being little but still hitting one recently. My chest has started hurting pretty bad right in the middle, basically like behind my chest divot. I have shortness of breath, weird intermittent burps, and I feel like when I breath in, it’s only a short amount of breath before I feel like I’ve fully breathed in. I’m no expert on either acid reflux or heart burn or lung collapse which is why I’m taking this question here.
