Zonos App Confusion

I'm shipping out around 40 ballcaps to different people, and went to start the duties payments with the Zonos app. All I did was include a picture of the hat and paid the $10 ($5 for processing fees, absolutely unreal), but it hasn't asked me for any shipping information. Does this just get covered by the shipping information I'll give at the post office?

Also, the hats are different colours. Do I need to include a proper photo to make sure each customs number is associated with the proper colour hat or will they tag me if its the wrong colour in the photo?

Any advice would be hugely appreciated, thanks!
