We should be able to buy epics with gems

Obviously the price would depend on the artist, For a 5 gem artist their epics would cost like 50 gems and for the most popular ones (the 50-60 gem artists) their epics would cost around 1k-1.5k gems I say this because it is somewhat difficult to pull epics with quests and since 2.1, the possibility of pulling an epic from the map has decreased significantly, and only from the top thousand, which doesn't help much for those of us who collect small artists.
