Did anyone here study world history and how the Nazi party started ? Does anyone think that ICE actually got worse than GESTAPO?

I have been reviewing the history of the Nazi party and realized that ICE actually got worse than Gestapo because of the size of it. ICE is getting much bigger than Gestapo and with a huge budget to increase its size and resources even more. After reading about the “night and fog” decree, I think the stage we are now is right before the Nazi party started to give out orders to kill those people in the detention centers.

1- Gestapo used to detain and arrest people with no due process. That’s what we have been seeing. They were above the law and used criminal tactics to detain and arrest people without due process, same with ICE.

2- the night and fog decree established that those people arrested would be sent to detention centers (Germany’s border) where families and friends would have no idea where they were. No right to judicial review. “Victims who disappeared in these clandestine actions were often never heard from again.” - This has been happening here since February when ICE was arresting and sending immigrants to detention centers , people with valid visas and no criminal records. Now in October 2025 ICE is actually arresting anyone who looks Hispanic, beating them up, and sending them to detention centers where families have no idea where they are being taken. This is highly unconstitutional but SCOTUS gave them the green light with the latest decision (25A169 Noem v. Vasquez Perdomo (09/08/2025)) to arrest anyone looking Hispanic/ Latino. This is a violation of our 4th amendment. So- ICE is above the law.

3- Gestapo arrested around 6k people (known numbers, not sure about unreported numbers ). ICE doesn’t disclose to the public how many arrests but the detention centers has now increased its number of detainers to 60k by late September. ICE seems to be much bigger and its capacity to arrest and detain is much higher than Gestapo.

Am I going crazy or we are in fact living in Nazi times ? Should I be worried about my family and I?
