Need advice
· I am a 25-year-old male working for a top Pharma CRO in Bangalore, and I've realized there's no hope of earning well in this field here in the future. · I was treated unfairly during increments; I received only a 6% raise while my peers got 15% or more. · When I asked my manager why, she said my performance was "good" but blamed my lack of experience for the low raise, which feels unjust. As people who joined with me and in same circumstances got a 15 percent raise. · I overheard my manager blaming me for her missed deadlines, citing the time spent training me ( which she didnot she basically expected me to know everything), and I suspect she pinned a team mistake on me. · Due to an SAP error by the operations team, all my hard work is officially attributed to someone else, so I get no credit. · My workload is extreme—I'm essentially doing the work of two people with zero help. · To manage my brutal 4-hour daily commute (one way) and get home at a reasonable hour, I often have to skip my lunches to finish work. · This situation has caused me severe anxiety, panic attacks, and has led me into depression. · I also have a degenerative eye condition that will worsen over time, which adds to my stress. · I am trapped by a 30-month employment bond; if I leave, I will have to pay a large penalty. · I want to leave this company more than anything, but I feel completely stuck and need advice.
TL;DR
I'm stuck in a toxic job with a manager who unfairly blames me, gives me no credit for my work, and pays me poorly. Combined with an extreme workload, a debilitating 4-hour total daily commute, and severe impacts on my mental health and physical health, I am desperate to quit. However, I'm trapped by a 30-month employment bond
