Help DIY to help my seniorwife to have an easier time

Hello. I am a Jim from vietnam veteran 76. Im frail in my age and undergo many health violations to say the least including my wife she changes me. Well since i dont always comply with her shes just done and now im sitting in my mess. My son let me know where to look to find a solution, I'm hoping to automate my changing process to become self sufficient again because i believe in independence i am an American from Vietnam who fought for that which I hold dear to me my dignity my independence they thought they could take it from me with their spike and my bowel has not been the same since well. Just look at me now. I am not diaper dependent, i am diaper independent.
