How do I check if its actually true or I'm overthinking

I need guidance

Since 2 years my life has spiralled down very badly , I don't know what it is but it's keeping me awake at night and my life is very much in a bad position . Also I no matter what my condition is even if I'm penniless or need the money for a doctor help people out never thinking of the harm it might do to me yet I have people who might be doing bad to me . Because a week ago I had one vision in which I wake up and my mom had dark circles around her eye and they treat her by going to the priest next what happens is I see my grandmother possessed and she has pitch black eyes and makes a cat sound . While I try to offer prayers to God I'm unable to as if there's a rock up my throat and the last thing I saw and heard was it telling me what do you think you'll be saved I'll completely destroy you and your family. I really need help because since an year I have felt that there's something wrong . I cannot speak to my parents as they'll think I'm not in the right mind . Please guide me .
