How are people doing 2b damage guns?

How are people obtaining guns with 2b damage and etc? Ive seen Facebook posts with people having insane dps guns that shoot every element.

Every tool I've tried doesn't include any features like this.

• WeMod
• any CE table
• SunBeams UE console unlocked

Any ideas?
