Would you trade away Achane and Rice for CMC and DJ Moore?

Been offered this trade and I am torn. My WRs have been poor and I have been collecting them in waivers all season so far. Was saving rice with a hope he balls out but better to take a known quantity in CMC? Or worry about his injuries?

For reference it is a 10 team, PPR, 2 flex, no super flex.
