Axle seal leaking after replacement.

Alright, I’m fairly annoyed. My ST has been leaking transmission fluid left and right. When I first bought the car it was leaking from an axle seal. Had Ford replace it “under warranty” turns out it doesn’t cover that. Then the shift tower started leaking, I fixed that myself. Then the same axle seal was leaking. I just replaced it only to find my transmission slightly wet when I got home. I inspected everything. There is a small gouge on the sealing surface in the trans. I know it wasn’t me. I’m not gonna take my car back to Ford because when I did it took a week to get it back. It’s difficult to tell if the seal is leaking from the surface between the transmission and the seal, or between the axle and the seal. I used a motor craft seal part number BRS174. What can I do, it is really annoying me and I would like to not have to fill my diff fluid constantly. It’s on the drivers side. I’m debating if I should just buy another seal, a cv axle. RTV the outside edge of the seal and just hope I never have to pull it out again or if there’s a better option. I know I seated it properly. I’ve done hundreds of seals at this point just of course my cars the one that decides to leak.
