ITP Initiation Mail

Hello everyone, I have recently joined Accenture technology post my MBA at CL10 level. I have been assigned the role business architect and I am part of the SAP domain. Yesterday I & fellow MBA joiners received an email regarding the project roll of ITP initiation mail. Accenture is very confusing in terms of whom to contact and what is the next step? Should I be concerned about this?
