Please critique my part list for Gaming / ML

This is my first PC build, so I’m open to any advice! I plan to use it for gaming (things like high-settings call of duty) and machine learning development (training computer vision deep learning models).

I was hoping to keep the price under $1500 minus the monitor, but I’m a bit over that mark. I was wondering if y’all have any advice on ways I could trim the cost. Also please offer any general advice or critiques. Thank you!
