Silage help

Hello all, so I recently sold all my starter farms and moved to the south part of riverbend, sold all tractors and businesses. I am starting a large scale silage farm, as well as green houses and a spinner and dairy (Goats). With it being large scale would it be more beneficial for me to bale it or to put it in a bunker? Also if bunker, how should I move it into a trailer? Easiest way that is. Thank you to anyone who helps in advance.
