Do youuse the Google Fit app, or the Fitbit app?

Or both? I'd like to buy the PW4. This would be my first smartwatch. I currently use the Google Fit app to track steps, weight, exercise, etc. and it uses my phone to track data. But I know Google has been pushing Fitbit on their watches. What do you use/prefer?
