Where is the best place to look for a portable blu ray player

I’m looking for something under £150 that can play blu rays in my region (region B). Most of the new ones are over £200. When I checked eBay they were mostly from Japan so the region code would be different. I don’t know how you would even affect the region code on a blu ray player and I don’t know if it’s possible. I’m also trying to avoid products that have ai in their advertising/promotional images. Any help would be amazing! Thanks in advance.
