Does anyone know about this? 5 japji 2 anand sahib 1 Chaupai Sahib Ramakali mahala 3 and then Ardaas. For 40 days.

I wanted to start Chaupera Sahib but it’s difficult to focus since it’s so long especially because I don’t know Sukhmani sahib and so I just read along and it plays. I did it before but it ended up not being satisfying to me. But I was told I should do this instead for 40 days during Amrit Velha. And it’s definitely more doable since it’s shorter and I know the paaths.
