Help with NS

hey guys I'm M20 and I've had to take a couple of gap years due to anxiety and insomnia related issues (which are diagnosed and I've been going to a counsellor). The issue is I'm going into J2 next year and I'm basically completely fine now, but I'm thinking of getting a PES F for NS so I can get my 2 years back and return to the normal timeline for guys my age; however I have no idea how I'm going to do that (dm me the sauce if you have it). Any advice on what I should do or whether trying to get PES F is even worth it?
