Checked Luggage Price at Airport Counter

I'm flying from Narita (NRT) to Vancouver (YVR). I read over the checked baggage section multiple times but wanted some confirmation. Asked the AI bot for clarificafion but it got confused. On the website, all the prices of checked luggage are listed and says it costs an additional admistrative fee of 1000 yen more at the airport counter. So paying for a sport equipment bag would be 8000 yen + 1000 yen for a total of 9000yen? Or are there more fees?
