Tips for getting your first tattoo?

So I’ve my 22nd birthday this week so I’m planning to get my first tattoo on my forearm (not really sure about it) so it’s something related to berserk (the manga series) so I’m thinking to get a tattoo around 3-4 inches also it’d be great If you can suggest me a good parlour or tattoo artist in Delhi/Delhi ncr.
