[F4A] Ancient Vampire Horror Long Term Roleplay

Good afternoon! I am 18+ and all participants and characters must be 18+.

In the old world, when the empire was young, the guild of monster hunters was required to keep the empire safe. In the modern world, the monsters have all disappeared, driven to extinction by skilled hunters of lore. The organization of hunters still exists, now evolved into something far more political. They operate as palace guards and highly skilled soldiers for the modern empire.

The new leader of this organization has found himself (or herself) in the grip of political turmoil. On the fifth night of their new position, they are attacked by an assassin. During the fight, an ancient relic used as decoration in the Leader's office is smashed, spilling ash across the floor.

Suffering an injury in thr attack, the leader drips blood into the pool of ash, reviving an ancient, powerful monster the modern world has never born witness.

This ancient vampire, long since bound by ancient magic to the Leader of the monster hunters, finds itself in this modern world, chained to the organization leader who has never faced a monster.

This is a quick summary I'd love to flesh out and write with a partner in a long term roleplay. I'm not overly concerned about post length, only that we both have fun! Third person and literate is the only requirement I really have, please.

I've been roleplaying for about two decades, and am in my 30's, Central time zone. Please DM me if you're at all interested! I'd love to discuss!
