Lease details and conditions:
- Available from late November
- 2 months remaining on the current lease (until February 2026)
- Option to extend the lease beyond February if desired
- Must be an enrolled student (who can prove their student status with a Letter of Offer or Certificate of Enrolment)
- Currently in Australia
- Over 18 years of age
- A new Scape customer (e.g. The replacement tenant cannot be a person who already resides at Scape, who has a booking confirmed with Scape for future residency or a past Scape resident who has broken their lease).
