Natural born Filipino citizen as the grandchild?

My Lola was a Filipino citizen at the time of my mom’s birth (after 1973) and my birth. It is my understanding that my mother is a natural born Filipina due to the change in the law taking effect at 1973. I have documents showing that she was born to a Filipino citizen (and proof of my Lola’s citizenship) and we are working on her delayed report of birth abroad right now.

My question is - if my mother automatically acquired Filipino citizenship at birth, would it be correct that I also acquired Filipino citizenship? Thus, could I apply with her delayed report of birth acceptance?
