Expecting DHL Package From Europe

I received the expected duties and tax request today for some workout gear I ordered from Holland. I live on Vancouver Island and usually DHL drops the package at the international border and hands off to Canada Post. With Canada Post on Strike and not accepting packages, I'm worried about what will happen to my package. The last time CP went on strike, I had packages disappear after paying the tax and then delays after already waiting out the strike to try and get it resolved. Does anyone know if DHL is delivering in Canada during the strike? I've already spent over an hour online trying to find the answer without any luck.
