Returning player from 3 years break

Hi, I took a break right around the release of ToA, never got to learn it and i only have 6 COX counts because I wasn't so good, all i did back then was farm Vork over and over for some money making and I'm really good with that. Any new things I should be aware of?

Also, for Vork, I've exclusively been doing range with DHCB, would the lance be any better? my stats are down below for any kind of recommendations!
