Lymphocele ring? Please tell me what you think

After 2 days I stoped using bathmate and got an airpump with gauge,i noticed this. As far as I have researched it's Lymphocele. The photo is from yesterday. Today after a hot shower some massage and aloe Vera (I use it every day due to pump) I noticed is getting better only a small part of it is hard and not that swollen. I need your opinion please. I aam thinking going to a doc but I believe he will say the same thing or he will not know what is it. And I am kinda low on budget rn. As far I saw I have to stop pumping sex and masturbation until is fully healed. And that sucks.
