SBI Phone Pe Black - No RPs on electricity bill payment (BSES RAJDHANI Delhi)

Hi all, I paid an electricity bill from SBI Phone Pe Black in Delhi. Did it online from BSES's portal via OTP mode. And I didn't receive any RPs on that. I escalated this and SBI replied that -

We would like to inform you that the transaction of Rs.9,610 dated on 15/9/2025 towards BSESRAJDHANI IN is not eligible for the Reward points as the transaction belongs to Government spends with MCC code 9399.

Is there anything I can do in this?
