BEST WAY TO WATCH 80s NWA/TERRITORY

I know this question has probably been asked to death but I still can't figure it out. Basically I’m trying to figure out the best way to watch and follow 1980s NWA/territory wrestling.

Like should I focus on one promotion at a time? For example: watch Mid-Atlantic/JCP from 83–87, then move to WCCW (82–84), then Memphis (81–87). Or should I try to watch them simultaneously? My concern with sticking to just one promotion is that I’d miss major NWA World Championship defenses that happen in other territories. For example: Flair defending the title in WCCW against the Von Erichs while I’m only watching JCP.

Also, if I want to start with Mid-Atlantic/JCP, should I jump straight into 1983 or is it worth watching 1980–1982 Mid Atlantic to get the proper context? And should I also cover Georgia and Florida from around 1979/80 up through 1984? If yes, then should I only watch the TV because I've heard it's only squash matches with some angle taking place, while other major events with big matches aren’t even taped.

Basically I’m trying to figure out the most coherent and satisfying way to experience 80s territory/NWA wrestling without missing anything important. What approach would you recommend?
