Struggling to pick a degree [UT]

Hello all! I’ll start this out by saying I am currently in the Air Force and trying to prepare for my separation by attending school for something focused in HR. I’ve read online actual HR specific degrees don’t get you very many options so I’m curious what I should be going for. I’m planning on attending either WGU or UAGC if that makes any difference. I also have access to a program that allows me ~$4000 in certifications so if anyone has a suggestion for that as well I’d appreciate it! Thanks!
