Professional Tutor Badge?

Hey guys. I am trying to improve my profile to justify raising prices. I'm trying for my "Professional Tutor" badge. I looked at my profile in student-view and I don't have the badge. I looked up how to get it and you need to have one of the Preply-approved certifications. I definitely have one (International TEFL Academy 5QUK TEFL Certificate), and Preply approved my certification. My certification shows up in my profile, but I'm still not listed as a "Professional Tutor". Should I contact support?
