Soon to be 20 - Drunk riding question

Hi, Ive been caught start of the year and recieved 2 charges. Judge me if you wish ive learned from my decision :(

- Drunk driving 0.41mg

- Riding without according of license. (No L plates and having a Pillion)

My disqualification expires next month and want to ask if its even worth trying to go for the proccess of doing CBT and A2 license?

I understand that insurance will be significantly higher and there isn't many information for idiots in my situation. I live quite rurally and don't know what I can even expect as a quote, even if a 50cc will be affordable to ride.
