R3 apparently powerful enough to cause earthquakes for my downstairs neighbors. Please help with a brother out with settings suggestions.

I live in a flimsy construction tiny apartment where ive installed my moza r3 bundle on a flimsy ikea desk. My downstairs neighbors kept banging on their ceiling while Im playing on my r3 because the desk was vibrating too hard.

Can you guys give me moza pit house settings tweaks so I can keep having the most possible feedback whilst keeping the desk vibrations to a minimum? I play ACC, iRacing and GT7 with ras1ution.
