Duolingo does not suck READ IF DOING GCSE LANGUAGE

Tips/Help

i know everybody says ‘if your learning a language dont use duolingo’ HOWEVER if you are doing a language GCSE, its not about being fluent, its about knowing the words and what they mean in English and being able to listen out for them, which is exactly what Duolingo will help you do. (Coming from somebody who got 8s all the way through year 10 and 11 and then got 2 marks off a 9 in the real thing) genuinely just learning the different words helps you so much for writing (i got full marks in writing) and reading, listening is mostly just practice with actual exam practice questions from past papers and speaking is so much easier than it seems, as you just have to memorise the sentences you’ve created to do with each theme which becomes so easy after learning the words.
