Do you think Tommely has grounds to sue Ambear if she wanted to?

** not suggesting Tommely should sue her OR that Tommely is a good person in any way**

I’m not from the US so I am always fascinated by how lawsuits work. I was watching Rachel’s video and there were some big accusations fired at Tommely by our gorl. Not suggesting it has in any way, but considering Emily is a nurse and a co-parent these accusations could in theory really mess with her life and livelihood. I’m sure it’s different state to state, but in theory would she have grounds to do so? I think Ambear is so immature and has never had to exist in the real world, so she throws these accusations like they are inconsequential. Not that Tommely hasn’t done shady things.
