What happens if you don’t keep your promise to kibener

Dictator path, planned economy, young sords member, full OBT, didnt ban any young organizations, funded military, health, security, centralized bergia, created SSP, didnt sign the first NFP act

Can I pass the constitution without banning the red youth because planning to ally with valgsland against rumburg. Kibener asks me to ban red youth or sign unified language act. What will happen if I promise to sign act and then don’t sign it? Will NFP still vote for the constitution?

Or what will happen with Bluds if I sign ULA?
