Birthday gift ideas for Nanny?

We have a wonderful nanny to our amazing 10.5 month twins - we've had her since they have been 4 months old. She is getting a 4 day weekend paid for her birthday because we'll be out of town, but I am a terrible gift giver and its just not my love language. Any ideas on something great to give a nanny for their birthday? She has bought the kids several clothing outfits and new foods for them to try and has refused reimbursement from us. Their birthday is only 2 weeks after her birthday, so I know shes going to come back to us with something amazing for them because she loves them just like they are her own. Christmas is also only 1.5 months later, so also anything Christmas gift related would be awesome. We're pretty bugeted out but ended up doing the Nanny route because there were no daycares in the area that would take 2 infants at the same time, so we were going to give her a bonus of $250 for christmas but thats honestly the best we can do. I love to give flowers or other things that people don't like to spend money on because its a "waste". but any other ideas for birthday and/or Christmas is welcome! Thanks!
