New Google Search Replaced Old Information

Hello r/Writing,

I am starting to rework a short story written a few years ago about a fictitious physician I name Sunny Sawbones. Originally, Google had a result that mentioned a Civil War physician had this name, too. Now, two podcast hosts are promoted and nowhere is the formerly mentioned physician apparent.

In a self collection, does each story need a disclaimer that states this ..... is a work of fiction.

Thanks in advance for your time and reply.
